Native of Phoenix, Louisiana, Rochelle Ragas has been baking since she was a teenager when she would bake with her father. They both had a passion for fresh baked sweets so they began experimenting in the kitchen with ingredients they had on hand. 

Rochelle's love and passion for baking has continued and she's translated that love into her baking business, Sweet Shak! She created it to honor the memory of her father and the bond they created when baking together.
